It is very easy to take movement for granted as we move about in our very busy lives.  It is not until we either lose the function of movement or movement itself becomes uncomfortable, that our attention switches to this area of our wellbeing.  The great news is that, understanding more about how you move can improve your wellbeing in either a curative or preventative context.

Movement For Wellbeing Group Classes was originally created to provide an opportunity for people to transition from private rehabilitation sessions with Marion; providing a forum to practice and build a deeper connection with the fundamentals that Marion teaches in an private setting.

Understanding that firstly, movement is a very diverse area of wellbeing with a number of methods available and secondly, that different methods suit different people; Movement For Wellbeing Classes welcomes all that currently practise Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Gymnastics, Tai Chi and Qi Gong etc to come along and add something extra to their movement program.
